Refund / Cancellation Policy

1. No Return / No Refund

All products on Silverkash.com are custom-made. Therefore, once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

2. Damaged / Defective Product

  • If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

  • We will replace the defective item at no extra cost.

3. Advance Payment & COD

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the customer must pay 60% advance before processing.

  • The remaining amount will be collected at the time of delivery.

4. Delivery Responsibility

  • We ship through trusted courier partners (like Shiprocket).

  • Delivery timelines depend on the courier company. Silverkash.com is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
