By accessing or placing an order on our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General

  • Silverkash.com provides customized products such as birthday banners, cutouts, welcome boards, anniversary decorations, and other personalized items.

  • All products are created based on the information provided by the customer (Name, Date, Photo, Message). Silverkash will not be responsible for any errors in the information provided by the customer.

2. Orders & Payments

  • Once an order is placed, our team will contact the customer for confirmation.

  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, the customer must pay at least 60% advance payment at the time of confirmation. The remaining balance is payable upon delivery.

  • We accept payments via UPI, Netbanking, and Cards.

3. Delivery

  • Products are delivered across India (wherever Shiprocket services are available).

  • Local delivery (Kanpur & nearby areas) may have additional charges.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 working days, depending on location.

  • Silverkash is not responsible for any delays caused by courier companies or third-party shipping providers.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • As all products are customized, we follow a strict No Refund / No Return policy.

  • Replacement will only be provided in cases of defective or damaged products (refunds will not be issued).

  • Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.

5. Product Quality & Colors

  • Slight variations in printing colors, sizes, and finishing may occur.

  • The final product may differ slightly from the design preview displayed on the website or shared via digital proof.

6. Privacy

  • Customer personal data (Name, Contact Information, Photos) will only be used for the purpose of fulfilling the order.

  • We do not share customer information with third parties without consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • While we strive to deliver products before the event date, Silverkash will not be liable for delays caused by courier companies.

  • Silverkash will not be held responsible for any indirect losses (such as missed events due to delayed delivery).

8. Disputes

  • All disputes shall be subject to Kanpur (U.P.) jurisdiction only.
